Hi,
it's been awhile. Malaysia was a letdown for me, tremendous letdown.
Was going to try and make the best of the new year, but it seemed things cannot always be the way we want them to be.
I am changing my training regime as of this week, focusing more on training my stamina and pyhsique, things that i admit, have not been focusing into.
Hopefully things will progress better and i am able to achieve my goals for this year.
Untuk semuanya di Indonesia, sudah banyak yang memberitakan keikut-sertaan saya dalam tim Thomas Cup. Seperti yang sudah saya bicarakan dari awal, setiap saya bertanding selalu atas nama Indonesia, dan selama negara ini masih membutuhkan saya, maka saya selalu siap apabila dipanggil masuk kedalam tim nasional untuk membela negara ini.
I guess that's it for now, will update as many as i can.

HI Taufik, even it seems you don't care about this page here anymore, I don't know any other way to congatulate for that huge achievement last week. It was great badminton at it's best, thanks for that great entertainment. CJ was the better one at the end, it did not end as great as we were hoping for, but anyway, all big guns had been in Paris and getting the silver is great. I hope to see on courts for the next couple of years, man -. can't think about badminton without you - look at Peter, still some years to play! sam: Firstly, i would like to tell you that your comments are completely childish and immature. You should know that alot of times, things dont go the way we want them to. And also, mind you open your eyes wider and read clearly. Taufik merely said that winning a tournament that is held every year(WC) for 3 times is NOT AS SIGNIFICANT as winning one that is held a few years apart. You are obviously a very sore LD fan who just wants to spread hate. We all recognise both TH and LD as world-class players. There is no need to flare up at comments by players. Juara Asia is not as good as all england champion, know y ? cos top players from europe cant participate in asian game, just like if one africa champion telling u, hey taufik , do u hv africa champion ?
